Payment Policy Information

We are currently only accepting Paypal for payment due to the high volume of fraudulent purchases.


We ship either USPS for small packages (pickups, tuners, etc) or UPS ground for larger items (guitars, amps, etc). Our domestic handling time is 1 Business day. We will NOT ship to AFO/PFO or PO boxes.

For international customers, please email us with the item you are interested in, also you must meet these requirements: You must (1) pay with PayPal, no other payment method will be accepted from international buyers; (2) have a verified address with Paypal; (3) we will email you your shipping charges.
Also note: Some brands cannot be shipped to international addresses.
