We have a vintage, 1975 Gibson Les Paul Custom Ebony or "Black Beauty". This guitar is made with a Mahogany pancake body, 3 piece Mahogany neck, bound Ebony fingerboard with Pearl Block inlays. It keeps the original electronics and hardware.
We have restrung and setup this guitar in our store. It plays great and feels good in the hands. The frets have some wear from playing. The guitar is in great condition given the year. The top is clear of dings. It has the usual swirling around the body and heavy on the pickguard. The gold hardware is a bit worn on certain parts. The back has some finish checking, scratches, and small dings. The neck has few light scratches. The headstock has a ding on the left corner, and some smaller ones along the top. It comes with the original case.
This is the perfect guitar for a collector looking for a nice, vintage instrument in great condition.
