The 4.5 XP ES/SC is that guitar. Deeper and richer sounding than East Indian rosewood, many would characterize the striped Macassar ebony on the back and sides as very similar to Brazilian rosewood. It is dense, and has similar reflective properties to Brazilian rosewood. It has a striking, distinctive vertical stripe pattern, variegated dark brown, black and green. Not to mention etherial tone...

The Carpathian Spruce top has the power of Adirondack with just a hint more sweetness; combined with the deep, rich Macassar tones becomes another "felt, not heard" experience when you pick it up and strum.
