000-size body of mahogany and Italian alpine spruce. The body is shaped like a 14-fret 000 (or OM) guitar, but the neck joins at the 12th fret. This puts the bridge nearer the center of the lower bout for excellent bass response & dynamic range. - Top has tortoise binding, black/white multi-layered top trim, a 28-style rosette, large Delmar tortoise pickguard, ebony pyramid bridge with bone saddle, ebony bridge pins. Modified V-shape neck, solid peghead with Martin Golden Era decal, bone nut, ebony fretboard (1-13/16" at nut, 24.9" scale), long pattern diamond & square inlays (Blake's signature does not appear on the fretboard), Waverly gears with ivoroid buttons. Gloss body finish, satin neck, Geib style case. Inside label signed by Norman Blake and numbered in sequence without total.
